I accept all major card payments through my website. Alternatively if you would like to pay by bank transfer then please email me at hello@artbysophiehannah.co.uk
Yes, I want my art to be accessible to everyone. If you love a piece but can't pay the full amount upfront, let's discuss a payment plan that works for you.
We want you to be absolutely happy with your artwork, so we offer a 14 day period to try the artwork in your home and make sure you're comfortable with it. If for any reason you decide it's not right then we can assist you in finding a suitable way to return the piece to the gallery. This cost will not be covered by the gallery.
Order error or damages
While we make every effort to make sure the artwork arrives with you in perfect condition, if for any reason you're not happy with the condition of your order then let us know straight away.
Refunding
If you're returning a piece of artwork to us, you must let us know within 14 days of reciept of item. Once the art has been received, undamaged, your refund will be arranged.
Yes, I do ship internationally! For orders outside the UK, please contact me directly so we can arrange the correct shipping fee.
Sure thing! Just send me a couple of photos of the wall where you envision the piece, along with the wall's width. I'll superimpose the artwork to scale so you can see how it fits!
