Shipping Policy

Courier delivery

UK delivery is available via courier. Please allow 5-10 working days for this delivery. We will contact you with a more accurate delivery date and tracking number.

Personal delivery

In some cases where we're not able to use a courier (typically because the artwork is too delicate), then you'll receive a personal delivery from a member of our team. We'll always call you before arranging a delivery to make sure we can fit around you.

Click & collect

In some cases, click and collect may be available from Eton or Clapham.

International Delivery

International delivery is available at an extra cost. If you would like to purchase a piece for international delivery then please contact us.

Return &

Exchange Policy

Can I return a piece of art?

We want you to be absolutely happy with your artwork, so we offer a 14 day period to try the artwork in your home and make sure you're comfortable with it. If for any reason you decide it's not right then we can assist you in finding a suitable way to return the piece to the gallery. This cost will not be covered by the gallery.

Order error or damages

While we make every effort to make sure the artwork arrives with you in perfect condition, if for any reason you're not happy with the condition of your order then let us know straight away. 

Refunding

If you're returning a piece of artwork to us, you must let us know within 14 days of reciept of item. Once the art has been received, undamaged,  your refund will be arranged.
